Interesul administratorului  este de a echilibra managementul business-ului cu responsabilitatea pentru grija şi bunastarea animaluţelor ce au nevoie de produsele și serviciile veterinare.

Proprietarii de animale de companie vor avea susţinerea echipei de management oricand au nevoie şi consideră necesară o discuţie ce depaşeşte responsabilitaţile unui angajat.

Considerăm importantă promovarea serviciilor noastre atat în cadrul spaţiului în care ne desfasuram activitatea, cat și in mediul online prin intermediul paginii noastre web și paginii facebook. Aici puteti regasi informatii utile proprietarilor de animale de companie, noutați privind serviciile oferite, oportunitați de a adopta animaluțe, poze înainte și dupa cosmetizarea unor feline sau caței, cazuri cu final fericit.


Ne ocupam îndeaproape de pregatirea personalului ce intra in contact cu iubitorii de animalute, cu ajutorul training-urilor de produs si de vanzari. Permanent urmarim evoluția personalului în relația cu dvs. și selectăm de fiecare dată doar persoane potrivite culturii noastre organizaționale.

Ne intereseaza ca fiecare persoana care intra in casa noastra sa fie multumita de serviciile oferite si sa gaseasca tot timpul produsele dorite si de cea mai buna calitate.

Pentru a mentine standardul ridicat al calitatii am selectat pentru dvs. in principal producatori de hrana premium si suntem permanent la curent cu ultimele produse aparute pentru animalute.
