Trimiteți clienții dumneavoastră pentru investigații amănunțite dermatologice, otologice si alergologice

Când sunteți gata de a trimite un caz, suntem pregatiți să vă ajutăm. La Regatul Animalelor Servicii Dermatologice apreciem cel mai mult încrederea pe care ați construit-o cu clientii. Noi ne vedem ca o extensie a echipei dvs si credem ca serviciile noastre pot ajuta la consolidarea relației dintre animalele de companie, medici veterinari si proprietari.

Fie ca ne trimiteți un client pentru o anumita procedură specifică sau doar pentru o a doua opinie, puteți fi siguri că vom lucra cu dvs si clientul dvs pentru a găsi cea mai buna soluție posibilă pentru pacient.

Ajutându-vă pentru a ajuta clienții dumneavoastră

Când trimiteți un client, vom colabora cu dvs. pentru a obține o înțelegere  bună asupra cazul clientului dvs., pe baza istoricului medical și rezultatele testelor anterioare.

După consultația dermatologica vă vom trimite fișa pacientului cu rezultatele examinarilor si tratamentele pentru a va ajuta să continuați tratamentul in clinica dvs când este cazul sau pentru o mai bună ințelegere impreună cu sfaturile de la medicul specialist.

Pentru a trimite un pacient, este nevoie doar să descărcați si apoi completați formularul de referral pe care il gasiti aici sau in sectiunea Formulare Online.

Puteți sa il scanați si trimiteți apoi pe email la contact@regatulanimalelor.ro sau pur si simplu il inmânați proprietarului ce se va prezenta cu el la serviciul nostru in ziua programării.
